Truly exceptional customer service!!! Karli is the reason why I bank with ANB. She represents the true heart of customer service. I work in the retail business and I'm always busy. She made it completely quick and easy for me to make a deposit. I will refer as many people as I can to her because I know they will be in great hands!!!

Fine bank so long as you don't leave Amarillo. Wife contacts them to tell them she is going to Philippines for her fathers funeral and going to use her card between certain dates with the location noted . At least on two occasions they blocked her account and she had to phone to access some cash as she was now stuck with no funds on arrival. We hesitantly switched to ANB due to all the stress of moving banks, but I am so glad we did. Absolutely the best financial products, online banking, and customer service of any bank we've used. Especially better than the giant banks out there. I only wished we'd switched to ANB sooner. My life could have been easier all along.
