It said it was open on grand from 9-5 7 days a week! So I went 13 min out to find it closed at 12!!! Not happy but everything else on Georgia I am alway ls happy with…they need to Correct their adds!
I interacted with a staff member Rosie Santos the supervisor for customer service, whose behavior was not only dismissive but also unnecessarily rude. I’ve been banking with them for about 7 years and I’m very pleased. Everyone at any of the locations are always so nice and patient. When you walk in you’re warmly greeted and helped as soon and possible. I’ve had minimal issues the whole time I’ve used them. My husband and I decided to open a separate bank account just for our house payment, bills and other things like that and I’m so glad we ended up here for that.
