We lost our 12 year old dog Lila the day after my birthday. When I called on pricing, it was actually extremely reasonable. It made my heart feel more at ease when they told me that they did private cremations. They were extremely nice and sympathetic. I especially appreciated the sweet dog in the office. Getting to pet a dog that size again made the hard moments a little easier.

We had to put our ill family dog down, a little unexpectedly, which was very hard on us all. I spoke to Carla at Cimarron a few times, before and after the process and she was so helpful. Avoid this place. No compassionate care at all and we felt like our dog was just a piece of trash. No hi how are you just an immeadiate how much do they weigh? When we went to another place for a family dog they were so caring and gave their condolences first and allowed us to cry and then they asked their name, gender, and what we loved about them before we even started talking about money. My sweet Taylor passed away July 3rd and Cimarron pet cemetery and crematory were absolutely above and beyond when it came to taking care of my big cowgirl. Every time I spoke with them they gave me their condolences, the two ladies that work there are angels for the people who have lost their dearly loved pets. I absolutely highly recommend them. Couldn’t be more greatful for these ladies it’s hard enough loosing a member of the family so to have 2 kind and caring souls help with the aftermath is a god send.
