Here in town on business and was interested in opening an account with LNB. Maliyah helped me was very eager, detailed, and an overall pleasure to talk to. I have felt like I’ve been banking here for my whole life. Amazing customer service and patience. I’d recommend seeing her. Amazing !

I steady have issues everytime I got to cash a check here! I literally hate when I do side work for my dad he gives me a check and the location on 12103 quacker is trash the one on Q has a little bit of better service but overall the bank itself is trash and too many issues when cashing a check from the bank itself

We've used Lubbock National Bank for several auto loans and a home loan, and they've been excellent every time. Competitive rates, great customer service, and a real willingness to help find the right solution. They've also been very accommodating with remote paperwork and deal-making. Special thanks to Kelly Miller—she’s gone above and beyond for us more than once!
