I’m going to add to the long list of horrible recent reviews. After my pain management doctor in Clovis had to go on medical leave I had to find somewhere else that insurance covered to help with severe back pain due to spinal stenosis and a slipped disc.. I did the part I needed to. I changed my referral, called to check on it to make sure it was good to go and processing, got imaging done and sent to them, found the place and coordinated with insurance, etc. they really dropped the ball… after waiting a month for the refer... read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Dalley at 8:30am on August 3, 2026. I finally was able to schedule this appointment after repeated attempts to get an appointment scheduled with Lubbock Spine Institute. I told the front desk staff that I had a referral for a nerve conduction study. The person helped me schedule. I completed the online forms providing my health history prior to my appointment. I’ve been a patient of theirs since 2017. Called to get my prescription refilled. After being on hold for 10 minutes at a time 5 times. I finally was able to speak to someone and they told me I’m not in the system and they have to schedule me in a month from now in order to get my prescription refilled. So now I’m screwed and in pain for the month. I can’t even put into words how frustrating this is.

This review is from my disabled Veteran Husband. I am very disappointed with Dr. Hirsh and Lubbock Spine Institute. As a prior patient I returned to LSI to be treated for severe back pain. I arrived early to do the necessary paperwork. The receptionist could not find my appointment as they had scheduled it under my middle name not my last name, the receptionist assured me that she would correct the name error. This place has HORRIBLE service!!!! I missed 2 appts due to EMERGENCIES and 1 due to the receptionist NOT doing her job and now Im being told I have to find another pain management Dr. which is not easy to find here in Lubbock, there isnt many. The receptionist had zero remorse, according to her it was Dr Daley that refuses to see me again, WOW some Dr, I can tell he only works for the paycheck and NOT the care of his patients. I have severe back pain and I also have a tight budget, yet I still paid $350 for back injections... read more
