My experiences have been great from the consultations to my procedures. The lady’s in the front are very nice and welcoming. Dr. Koval the Nurse Practitioners and Nurses are also very friendly and kind.They are helpful, knowledgeable and very informative. They take the time to explain everything and answer any questions I may have. I most definitely would recommend them to anyone who are having back issues.

Honestly, I have never had a bad experience with Dr Koval and his surgical staff. This time was no difference. Everyone was professional and seemed like a happy group. This workplace has no bad vibes, and I would want to work there if I was a nurse. Great job to all of you!

The staff and the Dr are such nice people. They made me feel heard because they didn’t rush; they took their time and looked me in the eye so I knew they were listening. The Dr was through and explained things to me very well. He had a great “bedside manner”. The nurse was kind and helpful with the questions I had for her. I would 100% recommend this spine institute.

Very poor administrative staff. Will not answer phone calls or return messages. They called and left a message that they had a cancellation and to see if I could come in. I tried calling back and never could get anyone to answer the phone. Was told to leave a message, which I did, confirming I could come in. Drove for two hours to get there only to be told that they gave the appointment to someone else. Never called to let me know. Heck of a way to run a business.

Great experience. Appointment on time and friendly and helpful staff. Dr explained everything and told me what he was doing before he did it and asked how I was doing throughout.
