If I could I would give this financial institution a zero star rating. It is great bank to do business with if you want the fraud department to allow over $2,000 to be taken from your account without bothering to call you. Then when you go into the bank a manager talks down to you. Not to mention they will take up to 10 days to refund your money.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. The staff isn’t my issue, just the bank itself. Had to wait 2 weeks to get a card in the mail, received the card and only physically used the card twice before the chip stopped working which happened after I left the state for vacation so had no way of easily using the card or pulling money out via ATM. Got charged $5 monthly just to receive a paper statement and another charge to get emails of activity on my account. Got charged $140 just for transferring money between my savings... read more

This is a horrible bank. I opened an account the lady (Jessica) told me I would get my card in 5 to 10 business days. About a month later i went in because i never got the card they never ordered it. When i went to talk to someone figure out what was going on the lady i talked to laughed about it she thaught it was funny to mess with my money like that. Friendly and understanding people working there. They also offer free drinks that you can take. Awesome in this scorching weather.

Co op Bank in ND brings me to Southwest 66. The service is always fast. Attendants are always friendly and they have free pens and candy. Lol
