RecommendedI have been coming to Grumbles since it opened. I’m down here a lot checking on my property… just me and my quiet little dog. Grumbles has the kindest, most courteous staff EVER! The food is fantastic… I love all of the seafood, and the fried green tomatoes are amazing. I can sit with my dog anywhere, quietly and no one bats an eye unless to ask if either of us needs anything. RecommendedGrumbles has become our go-to spot for the best martinis on the island, ice cold with a generous pour. Always friendly bartenders. Last night was slow but Jessica was on her toes with great service and made us feel at home. We go because of the great service but the food is so-so. Fish tacos are usually above average, fried shrimp was fair but the crab cakes are a thumbs down. In a town known for superior fish I think they could do better. We will be back but will stick to the fish tacos.
