This bank has been nothing but trouble for me. I cannot stand having to do business through them.
Good bank and good workers but worst bank to get a credit card with.
My insurance adjuster was late on switching my policy over on my new truck that ANB is financing and they applied a $6,000 insurance policy. My insurance has a 30 day switch over policy and my adjuster did it around 42 days and they still applied around $1,200 onto my note without contacting me. I️ work out of state but they never called. Then I️ switched to USAA about 5 months after and USAA didn’t finalize until the next day and they tried to charge me $200 for that. I will never get an auto loan through this Bank ever again. It has been a complete nightmare to say the least! After trying to pay ahead the rep did everything wrong and they put the blame on me. Their customer service sucks and they tell you they will fix it and dont. They are always calling when payment is due but when they have issues to correct they dont jump on them! I would never recommend anyone to bank with them or get a loan through them!
I just spent an hour with the after hours department trying to cancel my card. I understand I am stupid because I left it in the ATM but why would anybody spend an hour on the phone trying to cancel their card. I guess expecting that to happen is ridiculous. If you want to bank here, better only loose your card during business hours. Btw my lost card is not cancelled, hopefully nobody is spending what little money my family has.
You guys suck!!!! Mortgaged my home through you and made it very clear I used you so I could have a local bank and before I could even make my first payment you sold my mortgage and now I'm dealing with some New York bank. Screw you guys ya'll suck!!!!
