This bank is horrible! They put my HSA account in 'dormant' status without any notice and I didn't find out until I was at the eye doctor and my HSA card was declined. I called last week and they said they reactivated my account, but when I tried to use my HSA card today it was declined again! Their customer service said my card was deactivated. Just found out that no one working for the bank will get their annual raises this year. With the cost of living going up people depend on their yearly raises. Don't be stingy, give everyone their hard earned raises.
